The FiLLi Cafe Experience
FiLLi is a cafe first: a place to sit down with a cup, order breakfast at 11am or a plate of chaat at midnight, and stay a while. Every cup is brewed to order, the way it has been since our first counter in Dubai.

Zafran Chai is our saffron signature and the reason people drive across town. Karak, masala and Kashmiri chai sit beside it, along with hot coffee, iced coffee, iced chai and wellness teas.

From Dubai to Texas
FiLLi began in Dubai in 2004, when Rafih FiLLi took over his father's cafeteria and started brewing a saffron chai that people lined up for. The nickname he carried since school became the name above the door.
Two decades later FiLLi pours in more than a dozen countries. Texas came first for the United States, opening in Houston in 2022. Today Hillcroft, Sugar Land and Carrollton keep the same kettle going.
