The Hillcroft cafe is where FiLLi started in the United States, and it still sets the tone: chai brewed to order at the counter and a room built for sitting down with friends rather than rushing out.
It sits in the heart of southwest Houston's desi corridor, which is why the room fills up after work, after dinner and long after most kitchens in the neighborhood have closed.

Hillcroft pours the full FiLLi chai and coffee list, including Karak, Masala and signature Zafran chai, hot and iced coffee, wellness and herbal teas, mocktails and lemonades. The menu also includes breakfast omelettes, samosas and patties, parathas including Aloo Paratha, three chaats, FillBunz burgers with Shami and Chapli buns, flat breads, loaded fries, Desi Foodles, lacha melts, club sandwiches, a kid's menu and desserts from Kheer to Kunafa Rose.
